An itinerary that engages students...

An itinerary that engages secondary school students on an experiential visit inspired by the themes of Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective and the Special Project Intelligent Venice. Divided into groups, the students tackle a “challenge of the present” (e.g., migration, climate, or social inclusion). Through visual prompts, creative exercises, guided reflections, and collaborative activities, they have to identify a risk, a hope, and a key skill to develop, transforming the prompts into ideas, visions, and projects for the future.

This guided tour offers a journey for students, inspired by the themes of Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective and the special project Intelligent Venice.
Students will be divided into groups and challenged to present their own vision for the future, encapsulated in the statement: “This is the future we imagine, and this is the human potential needed to build it”; students will use their strong points while collaborating with each other.
The tour will culminate in a presentation at the Intelligent Venice Pavilion, where each group will showcase their vision for the future.

The workshop explores how the integration between natural and artificial intelligence can guide humanity toward a sustainable future, starting with an immersive installation about environmental impact. Journey Through Space and Time: Port, City, and Teamwork

Arsenale | September 30 - October 3, 2025

In this educational activity...

In this educational activity, designed for Years 3, 4, and 5 of primary school, the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority - Ports of Venice and Chioggia serves as the common thread running through the teaching and workshop program. The selected works from the 2025 Architecture Biennale – inspired by the three types of intelligence (natural, artificial, and collective) – have been chosen precisely to offer direct or symbolic insights into the themes of collaboration, environmental balance, technology, and community, in relation to the port context of our city.

The visit continues in the special "Intelligent Venice" pavilion, where further exploration of sustainability, urban transformation, and the connections between the port and the city takes place. The concluding workshop, supported by the Port Educational portal, stimulates children's creativity and teamwork through activities that lead them to discover the port's functions and professions.

This programme is part of the Venetian Port Days, a series of open events celebrating and sharing the stories of Italian ports, promoted nationwide by Assoporti. The goal is to strengthen the dialogue between the port and the city, highlighting the port’s identity and its many facets.
